We are not going to be boring boring rain is pouring, Its fun and easy to make a website, and one thing before we start, TAILS IS NOT A GIRL!!!!!
 
You have choose a good border, [ blue is the best for me ] and its best to have good animations, I choose to get mine from http://www.cooltext.com or http://www.fourbees.com and http://www.aaa-buttons.com
to keep the viewers happy. And also don't forget to get a guestbook or a saybox at these addresses http://saybox.co.uk/ and http://www.efreeguestbooks.com/
Make sure you get enough info or the viewers get angry, if people want to link you, link them or you are called a web-meanie. Maybe you could give your viewer a comp for a sonic set of sprites for example.
Check your guestbook often and reply to visitors kindly.
